We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Ron Brees to Director, Operations 1st Party/Care for Constar Financial Services. Ron has been with the Empereon-Constar enterprise since 2002 and has over 30 years industry experience.
In his new role, Ron oversees day-to-day operations for several key Constar clients within the 1st Party/Care Division. His core responsibilities include: ensuring consistent month over month competitive top tier performance, supervising daily operations, managing a team for career advancement opportunity, improving systems and processes while providing superior client management.
As an original member of the Bow-Tie Gang, Ron will continue to leverage his knowledge and experience to contribute to the company’s success and growth. He is always the first to arrive and often the last to leave!
