Myk joined Empereon-Constar 10 years ago and has worked across the enterprise, starting his career with Constar in 2009 as a Constar Collection Manager and transitioning in 2014 to Empereon in a new role as Director, Training/Compliance.
Myk returned to Constar where he successfully launched Constar’s first significant 1st Party Collections project with PayPal in 2016. Most recently, Myk was promoted to Constar’s Director, Project Management responsible for ensuring successful launch for all new Constar projects.
In his new role as Senior Director, Myk will be relocating to our Constar International Otay center in Baja, Mexico, where he will serve as Constar International Site Director. His core responsibilities include overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring maximum client performance and providing superior client management. In addition to his new responsibilities, Myk will continue to deliver expert project management detailing and preparing for all facets of a new client partnership as part of the Client Services Management / Project Launch team for Constar Financial Services, US operations.
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Myk will bring a wealth of industry knowledge to our Constar International Otay center and leverage his expertise to ensure the overall success of our Otay site!
