It is with great pleasure that we are announcing the promotion of Joe Hardes to Assistant Vice President, Empereon Marketing for our subsidiary company, Empereon International.
Joe’s career with Empereon-Constar spans over 11 years. Over the course of his tenure, he has advanced through progressively more responsible positions from TSR to Operations Manager; to Director, Pennsylvania; to Senior Director of multiple Empereon sites. Joe brings his extensive experience, in-depth expertise, and a strong commitment to excellence in operations to this new position.
As Assistant Vice President, Joe is relocating for onsite US management of our Empereon International centers in Otay and newest center in Mexico City. Joe will also continue to maintain responsibility for Empereon Pennsylvania, US operations. His core responsibilities include overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring client maximum performance, providing superior client management and effective personnel management.
Joe says, “I think my role, is our role as an employer: to be mindful stewards of our resources and gifts. In other words, to lead by example in our local world and ‘be the change we want to see’.”
